Sir,

Following the observations that have been made to you during our different meetings or in writing, I have decided to terminate your contract in conformity with article 8-1 of the Personnel Statutes with the motive that your services are not satisfactory.

You end your functions as of this evening. You will receive the amount of salary corresponding to the three months notice period stipulated in your contract and which I excuse you from performing.
